■私たちについて
YOKOMAE et BOUAYADは、日本人建築家の横前拓磨氏とモロッコ人建築家のボウアヤド ガリ氏が率いるアトリエであり、2023年に東京で設立されました。

アジア、アフリカ、中東地域におけるプロジェクトに取り組む国際的なアトリエです。
本社は東京にあり、2025年からはモロッコも新たな活動拠点としています。小規模なパビリオン、展示会場、個人住宅から、中大規模の集合住宅やホテルまで、幅広いプロジェクトの設計を行っています。

2024年9月、YOKOMAE et BOUAYADは、仙台の音楽ホール・中心部震災メモリアル拠点複合施設公募型プロポーザルにおいて、75社の中からファイナリストに選出されました。また、2025年6月には、ルーヴル・アブダビ内のアートパビリオンのコンペティションにおいて選出されました。

横前拓磨：
日本人、一級建築士。2012年東京理科大学大学院修士課程修了。
2012年より東京を拠点とする、妹島和世建築設計事務所にて10年間建築設計に従事。妹島和世氏、西沢立衛氏のもと、荘銀タクト鶴岡、ヨシダ印刷東京本社、を担当、プロジェクトマネージャーとして大阪のうめきた大屋根、渋谷駅街区開発計画（進行中）、松島自然の家2期などのプロジェクトを担当。

2025年より東京理科大学創域理工学部建築学科非常勤講師、2026年より前橋工科大学工学部建築学科非常勤講師を務める。2010年にはセントラル硝子国際コンペティション入賞、空間デザインコンペティション入賞、膜空間デザインコンペティション最優秀賞などを受賞。

ボウアヤド ガリ：
モロッコ人、HMONP建築士、博士美術。2021年東京藝術大学美術研究科博士課程修了。2015年パリ・ラ・ヴィレット建築大学修士課程修了。在学最終学年中に九州大学に留学。
2021年から2023年まで、妹島和世＋西沢立衛/SANAAにて、渋谷駅街区再開発やうめきた大屋根や深セン海洋博物館などを担当。
2024年、パリのInstitut du Monde Arabeからアラブ世界デザイン賞にノミネートされ、2026年、Under 35 Architects日本の35歳以下の若手建築家による建築の展覧会に選ばれた。

■採用条件
・建築系大学学部卒以上　建築実務経験不問
・建築実務経験0～5年
・Rhinoceros、Adobe Suite、およびAutoCADまたはVectorworksのいずれかのソフトウェアに精通していること。D5 renderが使える方は優遇します。
・英語、フランス語、中国語（北京語）ができれば優遇します。

■労働条件
・勤務日：月～金
・勤務時間：9:00〜11:00の間で始業時間を選択可能
・休日：土日祝祭日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇
・月給：
新卒～実務経験3年：月給21万円～25万円　
実務経験者3年以上：月給25万円～
※月給は経験・能力により判断
※設計～監理まで一人で担当できる方優先

YOKOMAE et BOUAYAD offers a work environment full of architects hungry to develop novel architecture and an opportunity to work on projects across a range of typologies and scales. ■About us
Established in Tokyo in 2023, YOKOMAE et BOUAYAD is a partnership led by the Japanese architect Takuma YOKOMAE and the Moroccan architect Ghali BOUAYAD. An international team working on projects across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The main office is located in Tokyo, with a branch office established in Morocco in 2025.

The practice is currently designing a wide range of projects from the small scale of pavilions, exhibition scenographies and private homes, to the mid-large scale of collective housing and hotels.

In September 2024, against 75 international agencies, YOKOMAE et BOUAYAD were among the five finalists for their proposal for the Japanese Sendai multipurpose music hall public tender, and in June 2025 following a competition that attracted 400 projects, they were selected to design an art pavilion inside the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Takuma YOKOMAE:
born in Japan, is a first class licensed architect awarded a master of architecture from Tokyo University of Science in 2012. Since then and for 10 years, he has been a close collaborator of Kazuyo Sejima (Pritzker prize 2010) at SANAA.
As a project leader, he led to completion the Yoshida Printing headquarters (2014), the Tsuruoka Theater Hall (2017), and has led the development of the new Shibuya Station and the Umekita Large Canopy (2024).
In 2025, YOKOMAE was appointed as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Architecture of Tokyo University of Science, and was invited to serve as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Architecture of Maebashi Institute of Technology from 2026.
YOKOMAE received multiple prestigious awards for his work; in 2010 the Jury prize for the Central Glass international competition, the Space Design competition, and the 1st prize for the Membrane Space Design competition, among others.

Ghali BOUAYAD:
born in Morocco, is an HMONP licensed architect awarded a doctorate of fine arts from Tokyo University of The Arts (Ph.D, 2021). He received his master of architecture at the Paris La Villette national architecture school (Fr) after spending his final year at Kyushu University (2015,Japan).

Between 2015 and 2017 he worked with the Pritzker prize awardee Christian De Portzamparc and with Jakob+Macfarlane in Paris on social housing projects and the Paris Congress Hall renovation scheme.
From 2021 for nearly three years, Dr. BOUAYAD has been a collaborator of Kazuyo Sejima (Pritzker prize 2010). At SANAA, he participated in the design of Shibuya Station, was a co-project leader on the Umekita Large Canopy construction site in Osaka, and acted as a structure lead designer on the new maritime museum in Shenzhen, China.
In 2024, Dr. BOUAYAD was nominated by the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris for the Arab World Design Prize, and in 2026 he is selected for Japan’s Under 35 architects.

■Responsibilities
・Developing novel architectural ideas.
・Participate in various project phases, from competitions and schematic design to detail development and construction.
・Engage actively in team discussions.
・Work effectively and flexibly within fast-paced project environments.
・Be ready to grow into a responsibility position to manage projects.

■The Ideal Candidate
・A professional degree in architecture
・0 ~ 5 years of architectural experience
・Software proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Suite, and either Autocad or Vectorworks; D5 is a plus.
・English (spoken and written); Japanese, French or Mandarin is a plus.

■Employment Conditions
・Working Days: Monday to Friday
・Working Hours: Flexible start time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
・Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and summer vacation
Compensation
・Monthly Salary
Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of professional experience: ¥210,000~¥250,000 per month
Candidates with 3 or more years of professional experience: from ¥250,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to independently manage projects from design development through construction supervision.
