建築は今大きな転換期を迎えています。建築はこれまでのように形や素材にだけ関わるものではなく、その周りにダイナミックに展開する様々な人々の活動や移り変わる様相に関わる、生命的なものになりつつあります。情報技術の発達に伴い、これまで以上に多数の人々が多様な仕方で建築をつくり、育てる出来事に関わるようになってきました。

こうした新しい状況を、どのように強い建築に繋げることができるかが、建築家に問われています。私たちはこのような問いに正面から向き合い、その答えに関する端緒を掴みつつあります。

とはいえ、それは未だ完全には成し遂げられていません。まさに今後展開する様々なプロジェクトにおいて、それを行うことが私たちの目標です。
このような目標を共有し、それぞれの特技を活かしながら、チャレンジ精神を持って共に仕事に取り組む仲間を、私たちは求めています。

Architecture is in a period of great transition. Architecture is no longer just about form or materials, but is becoming a living thing, connected to the dynamic activities of a variety of people and the changing circumstances around it. With the development of IT, people are more involved than ever in the development of architecture.

Architects are asked how to connect these new realities into a strong architecture. We are tackling this question head on, and we are getting the hang of it.

But we are not there yet. Our goal is to realize this in every single project we work on in the future. We look for colleagues who share this goal. We respect their specialities and work together in a challenging way.

・日本語に加えて英語や中国語が得意な人

・建築設計における実務能力のある人
　Capacity to work on architectural design with practical skills.

AutoCAD又はVector Works, Rhinoceros (Grasshopper, Enscape), Illustrator, Photoshop等

■待遇 / Benefits and Conditions
年収：240～700万円（実務能力にて評価）の他、夏期・冬期賞与および昇給年1回（実務能力にて評価および2年目から）
手当：交通費手当、一級建築士手当、現場常駐手当
社会保険：完備（労災保険、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険）、健康診断
休日・休暇：日祝日（土曜隔週休日・隔週14時から半日程度出勤）、夏期・年末年始、有給休暇、その他個別の状況に応じた勤務時間は応相談（子育て送り迎え等）

Annual salary: ¥2.4-7 million (assessed on practical skills), plus summer and winter bonuses and annual salary increase (assessed on practical skills and from the second year).
Allowances: transport allowance, first-class architect allowance, on-site resident allowance.
Social insurance: Fully equipped (workers’ accident compensation insurance, health insurance, employee pension insurance, unemployment insurance), medical check-ups.
Holidays and leave: Sundays and public holidays (Saturdays every other week, half-day work from 14:00 every other week), summer and New Year holidays, paid holidays, other negotiable: working hours according to individual circumstances (childcare drop-off and pick-up, etc.)
